Από το 2015 καλλιεργούν βιολογικά, τσάι του βουνού (sideritis scardica-τσάι του Ολύμπου) 10στρ, τσάι του βουνού (sideritis raeseri-τσάι του Παρνασσού) 40 στρ και ρίγανη (Ελληνική-hirtum) 20στρ.
Τα κτήματα είναι περιφραγμένα και η καλλιέργεια είναι ξερική. Όλες οι εργασίες γίνονται με το χέρι και η ξήρανση γίνεται σε σκιερό καλά αεριζόμενο χώρο(φυσική ξήρανση). Όλη η καλλιέργεια είναι βιολογική και πιστοποιείται από την ΒΙΟΕΛΛΑΣ.
Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να ξεναγηθεί στις καλλιέργειες τους, στο οροπέδιο του Φρουρίου, να ενημερωθεί για την διαδικασία της βιολογικής καλλιέργειας και την διαδικασία της φυσικής ξήρανσης.
