Η εταιρεία Σ.Α. ΑΝΔΡΙΩΤΗΣ Ο.Ε.-OLITHEA CORFU ξεκίνησε το 2016 και αυτή τη στιγμή καλλιεργεί 160 στρέμματα(ιδιόκτητα και με μακροχρόνια μίσθωση) με ελαιόδεντρα και παράγει βιολογικό έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο. Η ποικιλία είναι η Λιανολιά Κέρκυρας και τα περισσότερα ελαιόδεντρα είναι υπεραιωνόβια(300-1000 ετών). Στο σύνολό τους πιστοποιημένα βιολογικά.
Ένας επισκέπτης του ελαιώνα μπορεί να δει όλη την διαδικασία της βιολογικής καλλιέργειας(ανάλογα με την εποχή της επίσκεψης), ιδιαίτερα την περίοδο της συγκομιδής(Οκτώβριος-Νοέμβριος). Μπορεί επίσης, μετά από συνεννόηση να δοκιμάσει τοπικές συνταγές με βάση το βιολογικό του κτήματός μας. Υπάρχουν βίντεο στο κανάλι στο youtube: Olithea Corfu, με διάφορες συνταγές.
