Το αγρόκτημα ξεκίνησε το 2019 και ασχολείται με την παραγωγή, συγκομιδή, επεξεργασία, συσκευασία και εμπορία αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών. Είναι ήδη σε διαδικασία πιστοποίησης βιολογικής παραγωγής. Πιο συγκεκριμένα παράγει ρίγανη, φασκόμηλο, δενδρολίβανο, τσάι βουνού, θυμάρι, θρούμπι και μικροποσότητες μέντας, μελισσόχορτου, χαμομηλιού και λουίζας. Οι παραγόμενες ποσότητες αποξηραίνονται σε ξηραντήριο με φυσική ξήρανση, υπό σκιά και αερισμό και ακολούθως επεξεργάζονται σε τριβείο εντός του αργοκτήματος.
Τους μήνες Μάιο και Ιούνιο γίνεται η συγκομιδή με χειροσυλλογή και ταυτόχρονα η ξήρανση των προϊόντων. Και τους μήνες Ιούλιο αλλά και Αύγουστο η επεξεργασία.
Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να δει την συγκομιδή, την ξήρανση και την επεξεργασία. Στο τέλος μπορεί να πάρει τις εμπειρίες που απέκτησε αλλά και τα προϊόντα της SEVI EXCEPTIONAL BOTANIC.
